We have extensive experience regarding employee hiring and firing, drafting employee handbooks, employment contracts, severance agreements, addressing issues involving vacation time, sick leave, family leave, workplace privacy, overtime, and wage and hour issues, whether such issues are dealt with privately or in front of Federal, State or administrative tribunals.
