Pete joined Merrill O’Sullivan, LLP as an associate in January, 2012, and became a partner in January, 2016. Pete is passionate about helping his clients resolve issues and achieve their goals in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He is service-minded, responsive, detail-oriented, and thorough in his approach to problem solving, negotiations, and planning.

Pete is a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Business Law, Real Estate and Land Use, and Estate Planning Sections. He served as a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Legal Ethics Committee from January, 2010, through December, 2012. Locally, he is a member and past president of the Deschutes County Bar Association.

Pete is an active member of the Bend community. Currently, he serves as a member of the City of Bend’s Planning Commission and as a member of the board of directors of Shepherd’s House Ministries. He is also an active member of Foundry Church.

Pete and his wife, Dara, have two children and enjoy spending time together as a family and with friends in the beautiful Central Oregon outdoors.
